Refund Policy

Carbon Plug accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included hardware and accessories.

To start a return, contact us at support@carbon-plug.com or call +1 256-537-9394. Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not offer exchanges. Please request a return and place a new order instead.

Returns can be made by mail after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not ship returns before receiving return authorization and instructions. Return instructions and the return shipping address are provided after a return request is approved.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Installed items, used items, damaged items caused by installation or handling, and special-order items may be non-refundable unless required by law.
